Most of the apartments require the security deposit before they take the apartment because to protect against damages which may be caused by the renter during the course of the rental agreement. So always read the contract documents carefully before decorate the apartment. Colors are playing the very important role in home decoration if you’re using the multiple colors in single room try to use colors at least three colors in the same room. You could use shades and tints of that color. For example your curtains, pillows and tablecloth can be of the same color so it gives a look of harmony and help keep away from the too much and puzzled look and no need to give explanation to apartment owner.
